Bring the site details into the conversation
Start with the address, intended use, requested dates and an on-site contact. Describe the access route and the available standing area, including gates, surface conditions and any time restrictions.
Ask what is included in the arrangement, what you need to prepare and how changes will be handled. Availability, delivery and collection windows are confirmed for your location; a quote request is not a reservation.
Coordinate with the rest of the rental
If you also need portable toilets or handwashing, include those in the same request. Coordinate placement so one delivery does not block another supplier or an ongoing service visit.
Describe the task before requesting a machine
Share the work to be completed, access limitations, ground conditions and any reach or height requirement. Ask the rental team to confirm the equipment specification rather than choosing solely from a photograph or general category name.
Clarify delivery, operators and supporting items
Discuss how the equipment reaches the work area, who will operate it and what accessories or consumables the arrangement includes. Confirm responsibility for training, setup and return requirements with the appropriate supplier. A rental inquiry does not establish that a particular machine is suitable for every task.
Questions worth asking before booking
Can equipment be included with the sanitation request?
List the equipment needs alongside portable toilets, handwashing or other site rentals. Each item still needs its own specification, access and timing confirmed.
