Walk the final approach
Check the route from the street to the standing area. Share gate restrictions, tight corners, overhead obstructions and changes in ground level. Units need firm, level support; the route must also remain usable for servicing and collection.
Your Combine rental checklist
- Exact delivery address and an on-site contact.
- First and last rental dates, plus any access windows.
- Expected users, hours of use and existing restroom access.
- Handwashing, accessible facilities or utility connections.
Send what you know now; you can discuss the remaining details when the rental team responds. A request does not reserve equipment or confirm delivery. Options and arrangements for the specific address are confirmed before booking.

For a location reached through a shared entrance, clarify who can authorize and provide access. Add a description of the last turn and standing area so the delivery discussion covers the full approach.
When comparing a standard porta potty with an upgraded unit or trailer, check the actual facilities included, the placement space and any connections needed. Handwashing stations and accessible portable toilets can be discussed alongside the main rental rather than added as an afterthought.
Questions worth asking before booking
What if I am unsure the delivery vehicle can reach the spot?
Describe the entrance, turns and standing area, and ask the rental team to review them. Photos or a simple layout may help. A clear walking route does not necessarily establish equipment delivery access.
Can I put a unit anywhere on the property?
Discuss the intended position before booking. Ground conditions, access, user routes and the ability to return for service and collection all need consideration.
